AmpedTide provides a platform for artists to design, sell, and distribute merchandise. By setting up a shop, you represent that you have all necessary rights to the artwork and content you upload. You retain all rights to your original designs.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FlexArt LLC and its licensors.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall FlexArt LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
